Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and Welcome to Tokyo

  • Morning: Arrive in Tokyo and transfer to your accommodation.

  • Afternoon: Free Time

  • Evening: Dinner at the Blue Room, a trendy cocktail bar with panoramic views of the city skyline (welcome dinner Theme: Asian Dragon).

Day 2: Tokyo Exploration and Cultural Experiences

  • Morning: International breakfast

  • Late Morning: Immerse yourself in traditional Japanese culture with a kimono and green tea ceremony experience at a local tea house.

  • Afternoon: Visit the iconic Meiji Shrine for a glimpse of Tokyo's spiritual side and Senso-ji Temple.

  • Powerwoman signature photoshoot: Wearing a Kimono

  • Late Afternoon: Grab some trendy snacks from a 7-Eleven convenience store and lets rate the snacks 10/10.

  • Evening: Free Time (explore attractions of your personal interest or visit many unique souvenirs shops)

Day 3: Adventure and Fun

  • Morning: International breakfast

  • Afternoon: Observation Deck Shibuya Sky is best for: Iconic city views,  Capture the peak of Mt Fuji.

  • Late Afternoon: Walk across the infamous Shibuya crossing and enjoy lunch at a nearby cafe.

  • Evening: Embark on an exciting Mario go-kart tour through the streets of Tokyo, dressed in costume. (international Driving License Required)

Day 4: Digital art museum Experience

  • Morning: International breakfast

  • Late Morning: Visit teamLab Borderless, an immersive digital art museum where you can interact with stunning light displays and futuristic installations.

  • Afternoon: Free Time (explore attractions of your personal interest or visit many unique souvenirs shops).

  • Late Evening: Dinner at a traditional izakaya (Japanese pub) for a taste of authentic Japanese cuisine, followed by free time to explore the bustling nightlife of Tokyo.

Day 5: Sushi, Sake, & Views

  • Morning: International breakfast

  • Afternoon: Sushi and sake-making class where you'll learn the art of sushi-making and sake tasting from expert chefs.

  • Late Afternoon: Free Time (explore attractions of your personal interest or visit many unique souvenirs shops)

  • Late Evening: International atmosphere at CE LA VI CLUB LOUNGE located on the 17th floor will surprise you with a wonderful view of Tokyo and the heart of Shibuya.

Day 6: Departure

  • Morning: International breakfast

  • Late Morning: Pick up last minute souvenirs and 7-Eleven snacks to take back home.

  • Afternoon: Transfer to airport to depart

TOKYO ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • US passport valid for 6 months past your return date and one blank visa page.

  • A Visa is also required for US Passport Holders to enter into Tokyo. Apply 30 days prior to arrival.

  • Non-US Citizens or travelers without a US passport will need to consult their local embassy.

  • Airport: Tokyo has two international airports(HND) Haneda International Airport & (NRT) Narita International Airport Haneda Airport is closer to Tokyo.

  • Local Currency: Japanese Yen.

TRAVEL INSURANCE REQUIRED

We REQUIRE purchasing travel insurance to protect you and your investment in case of an emergency. Everyone's needs are different, and you can do a search on the best travel insurance to meet your needs. Here is a list of some popular travel insurance providers.

PAYMENTS:

  • All monthly payments are due the 15th of every month

  • Bi-weekly payments are due 10th and 20th of every month.

  • LATE FEES IS $25 PER PAYMENT (unless arrangements made prior)

  • FINAL PAYMENT 30 DAY PRIOR TO DEPARTURE

PAYMENT PLANS: Payment plans are made to be flexible and budget friendly. If you every need to make adjustments, email us and we will accommodate you best way possible. All payments will be automatically deducted from the account that you have on file.

REFUNDS: Deposits are refundable within 30 days of purchase or 60 day prior to departure (which ever date is first). All payments after deposit to Powerwoman International are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Powerwoman International has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. That's why we require travel insurance.

ROOMMATE MATCHING: Roommate matching is available. You will be matched with a roommate 30 days before your trip departure date.

 

ITINERARIES: Itineraries are subject to change in making the best decision for the group and vendor availability. Finalized itineraries are delivered to participants 30 days before the start of the trip.

NAME CORRECTION & CHANGE: Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.

  • Name changes are allowed up until the final payment date and $100 + any vendor’s fees after the final payment date on your payment plan.
