Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Welcome

Morning: Arrive at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

Late Morning: Indulge in a delicious breakfast at Lolo Chicken & Waffles, a local favorite known for its mouthwatering Southern-inspired cuisine.

Midday: Drive to Sedona (approximately 2 hours). Enjoy the scenic views along the way & check into your accommodation.

Afternoon: Enjoy a rejuvenating massage to unwind and relax after your journey.

Late evening: Welcome dinner prepared by a private chef, where you'll savor local flavors and get to know your fellow Powerwomen.
Day 2: Natural Wonders and Cultural Exploration

Afternoon: Visit one of Sedona's famous healing vortex sites, where you can experience the natural energy and spiritual power of the area.Yoga session overlooking the breathtaking Sedona landscape & meditation.

Evening: Dinner at Mariposa, a renowned restaurant offering Latin-inspired cuisine and panoramic views of Sedona's red rock landscape.

Late evening: Silk pajama empowerment workshop focusing on goal setting, self-discovery, and personal growth.

Day 3: Exploration and Adventure

Late Morning: Embark on a thrilling horseback riding adventure through the picturesque landscapes surrounding Sedona 37 mins away, taking in the stunning views of the mountains.

Afternoon: Explore Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village, a charming shopping area featuring galleries, boutiques, and artisan shops showcasing the work of local artists.

Evening: Dinner at The Vault, a historic restaurant housed in a former bank building, offering upscale Southwestern cuisine and a unique dining experience.
Day 4: Relaxation and Departure

Morning: Farewell breakfast session, where participants can express gratitude and set intentions for carrying the retreat experience forward in their lives.

Midday: Drive to Arizona (approximately 2 hours). Enjoy the scenic views along the way & check into your departure flight.

Afternoon: Depart for your onward journey, leaving Sedona with unforgettable memories and a renewed sense of adventure and relaxation.

TRAVEL INSURANCE REQUIRED
We REQUIRE purchasing travel insurance to protect you and your investment in case of an emergency. Everyone's needs are different, and you can do a search on the best travel insurance to meet your needs. Here is a list of some popular travel insurance providers.

PAYMENTS:

All monthly payments are due the 15th of every month

Bi-weekly payments are due 10th and 20th of every month.

LATE FEES IS $25 PER PAYMENT (unless arrangements made prior)

FINAL PAYMENT 30 DAY PRIOR TO DEPARTURE

PAYMENT PLANS: Payment plans are made to be flexible and budget friendly. If you every need to make adjustments, email us and we will accommodate you best way possible. All payments will be automatically deducted from the account that you have on file.

REFUNDS: Deposits are refundable within 30 days of purchase or 60 day prior to departure (which ever date is first). All payments after deposit to Powerwoman International are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Powerwoman International has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. That's why we require travel insurance.

ROOMMATE MATCHING: Roommate matching is available. You will be matched with a roommate 30 days before your trip departure date.
ITINERARIES: Itineraries are subject to change in making the best decision for the group and vendor availability. Finalized itineraries are delivered to participants 30 days before the start of the trip.

NAME CORRECTION & CHANGE: Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.

Name changes are allowed up until the final payment date and $100 + any vendor’s fees after the final payment date on your payment plan.
