All monthly payments are due the 15th of every month

Bi-weekly payments are due 10th and 20th of every month.

LATE FEES IS $25 PER PAYMENT (unless arrangements made prior)

PAYMENT PLANS: Payment plans are made to be flexible and budget friendly. If you every need to make adjustments, email us and we will accommodate you best way possible. All payments will be automatically deducted from the account that you have on file.

REFUNDS: Deposits are refundable within 30 days of purchase or 60 day prior to departure (which ever date is first). All payments after deposit to Powerwoman International are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Powerwoman International has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. That's why we require travel insurance.

ROOMMATE MATCHING: Roommate matching is available. You will be matched with a roommate 30 days before your trip departure date.
ITINERARIES: Itineraries are subject to change in making the best decision for the group and vendor availability. Finalized itineraries are delivered to participants 30 days before the start of the trip.

NAME CORRECTION & CHANGE: Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.

Name changes are allowed up until the final payment date and $100 + any vendor’s fees after the final payment date on your payment plan.
